How ClutchLens handles account information, connected Twitch channels and anonymous service telemetry.

ClutchLens is responsible for deciding how information submitted to the service is used. For privacy questions or requests, contact mr.nobi.business@gmail.com.
ClutchLens uses essential browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your selected match and broadcast, and preserve viewer preferences. We do not use this storage for advertising. When you load an embedded Twitch, YouTube or Kick broadcast, that provider may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details under its own privacy terms.
We process account and channel information to provide the service you request, authenticate your account, verify channel ownership and manage access. We use anonymous aggregate telemetry and ordinary technical request information to understand feature usage, maintain reliability, prevent abuse and improve ClutchLens. Where applicable, processing is based on performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations.
We use service providers only where needed to operate ClutchLens:
We do not sell personal information or share it for third-party advertising. Providers may process information in other countries using the safeguards available under their terms and applicable law.
Account and connected-channel information is kept while your account remains active or until it is no longer needed to provide the service. Anonymous aggregate telemetry is retained only while useful for operating and improving ClutchLens. Local browser data remains on your device until you sign out, clear it or your browser removes it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy of information you provided. You may disconnect Twitch or request account deletion by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. If you are in France, that authority is the CNIL.
We use access controls and service-provider security features designed to protect account information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice when ClutchLens or its providers change. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
