Terms
The terms that apply when you use the ClutchLens website, live viewer, accounts and broadcast services.
Last updated: 22 September 2026
Agreement to these terms
By using ClutchLens, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use ClutchLens for an organization or broadcast, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.
The ClutchLens service
ClutchLens provides live Counter-Strike match discovery, embedded third-party broadcasts, match context and optional tools for creators and productions. Features may be experimental, marked as coming soon or made available only for supported matches, channels or data sources.
Accounts and connected channels
You must provide accurate account information and keep access to your account secure. Authentication is provided through Supabase. If you connect Twitch, you authorize ClutchLens to verify the Twitch identity and channel information supplied through that connection. You may connect only a channel you own or are authorized to manage.
Acceptable use
You may use ClutchLens for lawful personal viewing and for broadcast or production purposes made available through the service. You must not:
- attempt to access another person’s account or restricted systems;
- interfere with the service, bypass access controls or probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission;
- use automated traffic in a way that disrupts the service or its data providers;
- misrepresent your identity, channel ownership or affiliation with ClutchLens; or
- use ClutchLens in violation of law or third-party platform rules.
Third-party services and content
Streams, match data and authentication may be supplied by third parties including stream platforms, Supabase, GRID, PandaScore and Twitch. Their own terms and policies apply when you use their services. ClutchLens does not control third-party broadcasts and does not grant rights to rebroadcast content you do not own.
External commercial arrangements
Any paid commercial arrangement is handled separately outside the ClutchLens application. Its pricing, payment, cancellation and refund terms are governed by the separate agreement and payment provider used for that arrangement, not by these website terms.
Availability and live information
Live match information may be delayed, incomplete or unavailable because it depends on external broadcasts and data providers. ClutchLens may change, suspend or discontinue features and may perform maintenance without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Do not rely on ClutchLens for betting, financial decisions or any purpose requiring guaranteed real-time accuracy.
Intellectual property
ClutchLens and its original software, design, branding and explanatory content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Team names, tournament marks, game content, streams and third-party data remain the property of their respective owners. No ownership rights are transferred to you under these terms.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using ClutchLens at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address a material violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
Disclaimers and responsibility
ClutchLens is provided with reasonable care but without a promise that every match, stream, statistic or feature will always be available or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClutchLens is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses caused by use of the service or unavailable third-party content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service, providers or applicable requirements. Material changes will apply prospectively, and the current update date will be shown here. Questions about these terms can be sent to mr.nobi.business@gmail.com.
